Presentations and Workshops

Deborah’s workshop “NCOD Culture: Now and Future” was timely
as the NCOD was currently undergoing organizational changes to
a unified team approach for providing best outcomes for our deaf
and hard of hearing students.

The staff explored ways to remove barriers and resistance to
changes that hampered effectiveness, productivity, morale
and healthy team relationships. The group developed ways
to facilitate constructive conversations and build better
working relationships.

Deborah’s coaching was designed to help staff understand
how their self-interests and actions affect the dynamics
at NCOD, paving the way for smoother transitions and
increased engagement.

Wonderful workshop! Helped build a stronger team!
